The Constantia Ratepayers and Residents' Association have been using the SmartBank manager software since January 2015. SmartBank has made month-end and year-end accounts so much easier, saved me a lot of valuable time and eliminated errors particularly as we deal with large numbers of entries - in fact I'm not sure how we managed in the past! . We have found David Hartley to be very helpful in dealing with queries not only with his SmartBank software, but with accounting in general. His response to queries is quick and efficient.

It saved me 90% in time from processing from a paper bankstatement to only importing the bankstatement and allocating the entries on Smartbank. And the cost – A saving of more than 50% from those other guys with their poor callcentre service!!! Best of all was the after sales service! No email or query went unanswered or unassisted! You called me personally many times and made many suggestions. You were even willing to add a new bank’s layout to your current software to accommodate one of my biggest clients’ bankprocessing.
